Shhhhhhh! The Ripley Free Library is gearing up for our Annual Silent Auction on Saturday, Nov. 13th. We have to tone it down just a bit while we're in the library but after that, TELL EVERYONE!!!! There are tons of items. We have toys, a Car Jack, Seat Covers for Cars, Salsa Mix, , Homes for our Fine Feathered Friends, Gift Certificates of all kinds including fine dining, massage, bowling, Curves membership for one month and jewelry. Plus hand made items, a sleeping bag, stuffed bear, home medic massager, growing scarecrow, baskets galore and so much more. This year we will include a few antiques such as an antique clock with wine rack, three circular colored glass windows, china cabinet and dinnerware. Murder Mystery!
Back by popular demand, the Ripley Free Library will present another murder mystery dinner. For two 6 p.m. performances, Oct. 22nd or 23rd, The Santa Clause will be presented at Ripley First Baptist Church, 9869 East Side Hill Rd.. The intrigue never stops as the law firm of Lie, Cheat & Steal hosts its annual Christmas party.Santa's elves will serve a delicious Christmas dinner and tickets are $15 per person, available at Ripley Free Library, or by calling 716-736-3913.
